● Target 1 face-up monster you control that has a Level; Special Summon 1 monster with the same Level from your hand or GY in Defense Position, but its effects are negated. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate this effect, except Xyz Monsters.
● Target 1 Xyz Monster you control; add 1 card attached to it to the hand.
You can only use this effect of "Overlay Network" once per turn.
